There’s this girl at my uni who is drop dead gorgeous. She has a perfect figure (tho u can tell she’s underweight)… she has lots of friends and always looks stunning.
She sat beside me in class and I kinda started sneaking glimpses at her and comparing her to myself.
Then I started to notice the scars all around her knuckles.
The bags under her eyes.
She was chewing gum.
Her voice was rough.
It doesn’t come ‘naturally’ or ‘easy’ for anyone. Get off your fucking fat ass and work for it.
1) Smile more
2) Cover your mouth when you smile/laugh. It looks cute and your mouth looks gross
3) Don’t eat anything after 9PM and before you come home from school (around 16-17h fast)
4) Study. Study. Study.
5) Max 1000kcal a day. Try your best to eat less though
6) Always do your makeup and dress nicely
7) Skincare!!
8) Take care of your hair, teeth and nails
9) Shave regularly
10) Don’t talk so loud
11) Raise your hand in class
12) Be nice to everyone
13) Read more
14) Lose weight
15) Find new kinds of food to eat every once in a while
16) Talk more to people
17) Remember to update your bujo everyday
18) Don’t act immature
19) Stand up for yourself
20) Don’t complain or talk about your problems with others

I keep seeing this post floating around, and I honestly feel a need to comment: this is one of the big problems with pro ana. You have a fear food, and now you’re trying to spread this fear and misinformation to other people. There is NO “magic food” that will cause weight to just “stick” to you. That’s not possible. There are a lot of young and seriously ill people in this community who could be freaking out reading this post because you just ruined one of the foods they’ll actually eat. And guess what? That food happens to be a filling, nutricious, healthy option! Please, for the love of god, do NOT believe things you read like this before fact checking them.
On that note, please do not make a post about one of your fear foods and say something like “please share this” because you WILL trigger other people. Honestly, yeah, that includes those posts about not eating pizza/fries/cake/whatever. Guys, it’s never okay to encourage someone else’s illness, even if you have the same one. It’s one thing to help motivate a friend to lose weight, but it’s a completely different and damaging thing to fuel someone’s ED by encouraging them to have fear foods like this.
